FSC Sustainable Wood Colouring Pencils
Sustainably-sourced wooden colouring pencils, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. In order to be given FSC certification a forest must be managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable manner. This ensures that a forest is well-managed, from the protection of indigenous people's rights to the methods of felling trees. Includes 10 colouring pencils: purple, black, red, orange, yellow, green, dark green, light blue and brown. Supplied in reusable clear plastic tubes, these are manufactured in Germany. There is the option of having full colour printed recycled inserts.

Recycled Retractable Car Part Pens
The bodies of these retractable, twist-action pens are made from recycled car parts. These come in black, blue, red, white or pink bodies, and can be screenprinted on the barrel in up to 4 colours. They all write with black ink, except for the blue pens – these write in blue. They can also be printed on the clips. Manufactured in the UK, in a plant powered by recycled cooking oil!

Recycled Retractable WEEE Pens
In compliance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment [WEEE] Directive as of January 2007, the bodies of these retractable, twist-action pens are recycled from old games consoles and white goods, and come in black or white. Electrical waste management has now become a key issue for businesses in the UK, with the majority of organisations using IT equipment on a day-to-day basis, and so the amount of redundant electrical equipment in landfill over recent years has increased. Manufactured in the UK, in a plant powered by recycled cooking oil!

The bodies of these retractable pens are made from recycled CD cases, and are made in China. These come in black or blue, and write with black or blue ink.

Smooth writing retractable push-button gel pens, with natural beech casing, with tips and clips in silver or coloured matt metallic, made in Germany, and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. In order to be given FSC certification, a forest must be managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable manner. Retractable Biodegradable Green Click Pens
Retractable ‘Green Click’ ballpoint pens, made in Italy, with a colour choice of bodies in either yellow or green with a contrasting green or yellow corn cob-moulded button. These pens write with blue ink, and are made from biodegradable non-GMO cornstarch that has the same texture and firmness as plastic, but will dissolve in landfill within 3 months. Whilst the corn used in this bioplastic could equally be used as food, the land required by bioplastics is of a magnitude 300 times less than that of biofuels.
